Rebecca has worked in a Urogynecology medical practice for the last 13 years, and is passionate about empowering women to understand and strengthen their pelvic health at all stages of life. As a mother, Rebecca knows how important the pelvic floor is physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. 

Rebecca has developed a technique that utilizes electrical stimulation to internally assist in muscle and bladder/bowel retraining. With a strong focus on stress management, she uses creative visualization techniques and physiological quieting techniques such as meditation. Her focus is primarily on overactive bladder, IBS, POP, sexual health, and incontinence.

This class further hones your skills in pelvic wellness by reinforcing the exercise portion of Rebecca’s class. For those of you who have taken Rebecca’s Pelvic Health and Wellness Class before, you know how powerful this work is and how healing it is for your body. Wear comfortable clothing.
